Originally cutter rigged, her inner stay along with club-footed stays'l had been removed by the original owner to accomodate a self-tending, club-footed jib on her head stay. Her current stays'l is wire-luffed and stowed below.
Strong San Francisco Bay breezes carry her well with the main and jib during the long sailing season from spring to fall. In early spring and late autumn when the wind is wimpish, we hoist the drifter (light genoa) alone.
