Engine and running gear:

(Fall 12 /Spring 13 ) Yanmar 1gm Engine removed - stripped to the block, cleaned, all new gaskets, bearings, seals, valves guides and valves, new stainless exhaust elbow, all new motor mounts, water pump, zinc, thermostat, paint, belt, shutoff cable and Tach.. Engine runs and looks like new. 11 hours on the new hour meter since installation. Extremely economical-Burn rate is 0.2 gallons/hour @ cruise.

(Fall 12) new Aquamet 22 shaft, new Flexible coupler, new Cutlass bearing, new zinc. Stuffing box serviced- new Hose and Teflon packing

(Fall 12) Fuel tank removed, cleaned, inspected, pressure tested, reinstalled.

Deck/Hull:

New 316 stainless life lines (sp13)

New NewFoundMetal Bronze ports with butyl rubber bedding (sp13)

mast step and turning blocks: Rebed and new bolts (fall 12)

New custom Ash Tiller, New Custom Mahogany Rudder cheeks and hardware (SP13)

New Stainless stern ladder (Sm 13)

All teak stripped and oiled (sp 13)

Garmin chartplotter/sounder with Garmin charts installed.

New Ritchie bulkhead mounted compass (Sp13)
